1. Subscriptions and Billing
   

   Billing Cycle:

   All subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

   Automatic Renewal:

   Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

   Payment Processor:

   Payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   

   No Refunds:

   All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused accounts.

   Cancellation:

   You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Paddle customer portal.

   Effect of Cancellation:

   Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your access will terminate at the next scheduled billable date, and no further charges will be made.

3. Software and Licensing
   

   Ravel Application:

   The core Ravel application is open-source, and its source code is available under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

   Ravel Plugin:

   The proprietary data analytics plugin is a separate component that requires an active paid subscription plan for use.

   Usage:

   There are no specific usage restrictions on the software; however, the subscription is required to maintain access to the proprietary plugin's functionality.
