- Billing & Payments:
- Payments are processed by Paddle,
our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing
information; Ravelation does not store credit card or bank
details.
- Legacy Data (Patreon):
- For users migrating from Patreon,
we may retain your email and subscription history to ensure
your “grandfathered" access is maintained during the 12-month
transition period.
- Communication Policy
By creating an account, you agree that we may use your email address for:
- Service Updates:
- Essential notifications regarding your
subscription, security, or technical changes.
- Company News:
- Occasional updates regarding Ravelation
products, new features, and company milestones. You may
opt-out of these marketing communications at any time via the
link in the email or your account settings.
- Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share information with third-party providers only as necessary to run the service:
- Clerk:
- For user login and session management.
- Paddle:
- For secure payment processing and tax compliance.
- GitHub:
- Our project and source code are hosted on GitHub;
interaction with our repositories is governed by GitHub’s
privacy terms.
- Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you wish to
delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at
sales@ravelation.net. Note that deleting your account will immediately
terminate access to the proprietary data analytics plugin.
